I had so much fun spending 3 hours shooting in the kitchen at elements recently with chef/owner Scott Anderson and guest chef Kevin Sbraga, who won Top Chef last season. Seriously, these guys were so great- talented, warm, nice....I have been in some stressful kitchens, and this was not one of them! It was a special prix-fixe dinner event, scroll down for the menu. I got to try a few of the courses- absolutely delicious!
