Middle Eastern Inspired Dessert



Milk chocolate-tahini bar, chocolate-nougat profiterole with tahini creme and a tahini katmer.


This was served at a dinner at the James Beard House in January 2011 by Ana Sortun and Maura Kilpatrick of Oleana Restarant and Sofra Bakery in Camrbridge, MA. Sommelier Theresa Paopao of Momofuku beautifully chose the Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout this Middle Eastern inspired dessert was paired with. Delicious!
